◆ Payment for this package is limited to the National Travel Card. Guests must present the card upon check-in. If not available, the standard room rate applies, and the price difference must be paid on-site.
◆ Resort Activities:
- Herbal Garden Tour, Morning Yoga, and Nature Exploration Classes require advance reservation (one day prior to check-in).
- Gancheng Leisure Walk bicycle rental is available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be reserved on-site.
◆ Sustainability Commitment: - The resort no longer provides bottled water or single-use amenities (comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving foam, shower cap, etc.). - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in large refillable bottles in guest rooms. - Guests in need of toiletries may purchase a sustainable amenity set at the front desk for NT$100 (includes two toothbrushes, one comb, one shower cap, and one razor with shaving foam). Items are not sold separately.
A 30% deposit will be collected at the time of booking as a reservation guarantee. This amount will be refunded on the day of check-in (*bank account details required for refund processing*), and guests must use their National Travel Card to pay the full room fee.
