The restaurant, an extension of the quiet and elegant entrance hall, offers a different attraction. It is a herb garden restaurant with 100 indoor and outdoor seats. Its food ingredients are provided by small local organic farms on a daily basis. The chef, whose original intention is to promote food therapy, prepares healthy diets according to the 24 solar terms of the traditional Chinese calendar. The diets incorporate the characteristics of herbal recipes. There are always new items on the menu with the change of seasons, bringing new dining experiences to patrons.
We open a talk with you through the art of the palate. We assign our chef or a specialist to describe for you the meals being served. Besides being attractive in color, aroma, taste and appearance, the meals add much to your sensory memories through the description. Look out of the French windows of the restaurant, and you’ll find singing birds and blooming flowers, a sight that freshens you up, soothes your mind and lets you enjoy a moment of interacting with nature in a languid way.
Lunch is served as a set menu, dinner and breakfast are served as Buffet, and afternoon tea is provided with Hi-Tea. It is recommended that if the weather permits, you can go outdoors more to experience the charm of the seven-sense healing dining space created by the herb garden.
